It is a production machine for making square konjac, which is the most popular form.
Mass production has become possible by the "raw stuffing" manufacturing method, in which "paste-like konjac" kneaded with a mineral coagulant is heated and molded after packaging.
"Gusset" is used for packaging, and the thickness is constant up to the edges, resulting in a beautiful finish.
There is also a "large-sized type" that allows you to make large-sized konjac.

Raw potato konjac

Unlike ordinary konjac (mass production type) made from konjac flour, konjac raw potato is used as a raw material. It is characterized by a soft texture with little bitterness. We have a lineup of raw potato steamers, scrapers, two-stage separators, and centrifuges.

Mechanization has made it possible to create homogeneous products. The inverter discharge pump enhances discharge-ability and stability. A clogging prevention device is also available for Shirataki noodles.
