Health food manufacturing factory - Factory 1
From the acceptance of raw materials to the shipment of final products, we strive to ensure product quality and safety through appropriate manufacturing control (health supplement GMP) and food safety management system (FSSC22000).
Processing line
A processing line for the powder based health foods. Based on strict standards from GMP, the layout is well-considered based on the concept of one room and one machine, and the product is processed in a clean room. We have achieved a higher level of safety quality by thoroughly eliminating foreign substances and other raw materials.
Filling packaging
We use an automatic bottling packaging line and Orihiro's original filling and packaging line to safely and reliably package products depending on the shape of the product.
Health food manufacturing Factory 2
This is a filling and packaging line equipped with an aseptic filling and packaging machine using flexible packaging. We perform aseptic production of a wide range of foods using powder dissolving equipment, ultra-high pressure homogenizer, and tube type sterilizer (UHT).
T-pouch jelly manufacturing Factory 2
This is a manufacturing line for T-pouch products. By filling and packaging with a 6 head filler, productivity has been greatly improved. Fully automated with a continuous sterilizing/cooling unit and a vision inspection device integrated in the bag filler.

ASEP Factory
In response to growing global demand for safe and secure aseptic packaging products, in July 2019, we opened the group's largest factory in the Takasaki Smart IC Industrial Park in order to meet more needs with our latest product line up and our technological advantage of aseptic.
Laboratory
In addition to inspecting taste, texture, and physical properties using human sensibilities and the latest inspection equipment, we also perform thorough bacterial tests in a bio-test room that supports HACCP.
Distribution Center
We have well-balanced distribution centers in major cities across the country to meet diversifying logistics needs. Directly connected to Orihiro's branches and sales offices nationwide via an online network. With a picking system that has achieved significant efficiency, we can respond accurately and speedily to orders of any wide variety and small lot.
